LOST SOULS OF 1812 WALKING PATH
Take a stroll on wickedly-fun walking trail featuring props, displays and exhibits of some animated scenes with many photo selfies along the way—sure to be a treat for adults and children. The walking trail and characters at night will be a little spooky for younger guests as there will be jump scares along the escorted walk. This experience is included in your general admission ticket.

Parking will be available in the designated field and near the Barn.
Please follow OUTBREAK 1812 PARKING signs and directions from event staff when entering the property.
Guests should report to the Barn or Check in table for check-in before entering the attraction.
Please do not enter the haunted trail, woods, restricted areas, actor areas or attraction sets without authorization or guide.

RAIN OR SHINE
OUTBREAK 1812 IS A RAIN-OR-SHINE EVENT.
This is an outdoor forest attraction in Northern New York in October.
Please dress appropriately for the weather.
Closed-toe, sturdy footwear is strongly recommended.
The trail may include natural and uneven outdoor surfaces, dirt, grass, leaves, roots, mud, inclines and other conditions normally associated with an outdoor wooded environment.
Outskirts 1812 reserves the right to delay, modify, temporarily suspend or cancel portions of the attraction when reasonably necessary because of severe weather, unsafe conditions, emergencies or circumstances beyond its control.

ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL.
TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Tickets are valid only for the event/date for which they were purchased unless Outskirts 1812 expressly authorizes otherwise.
The event is scheduled to operate rain or shine.
Purchasing a ticket does not guarantee a particular wait time.
Admission may be refused or revoked, without refund where permitted by law, for guests who violate safety rules, threaten or harass actors/staff/other guests, intentionally damage property, enter restricted areas, or otherwise create an unsafe environment.

OUTBREAK 1812 is an immersive haunted outdoor attraction intentionally designed to frighten and surprise guests.
The experience may include:
• Darkness and low visibility
• Live scare actors
• Zombies and frightening characters
• Sudden appearances and jump scares
• Loud or unexpected noises
• Screaming
• Theatrical blood and simulated injuries
• Disturbing or frightening imagery
• Fog or theatrical atmospheric effects
• Flashing, rapidly changing or theatrical lighting
• Emergency-style lights and sirens
• Confined-feeling scenes or environments
• Uneven natural outdoor terrain
• Dirt, grass, leaves, roots and mud
• Changes in elevation
• Outdoor weather conditions
• Startling movement from actors or props
Guests who do not wish to experience these conditions should not enter the attraction.
HEALTH & SENSORY WARNING
This attraction may not be appropriate for every guest.
Guests who are pregnant or who have heart conditions, seizure disorders, significant respiratory conditions, mobility limitations, sensitivity to flashing lights, severe sensitivity to fog or loud noises, or another condition that could be aggravated by a frightening outdoor attraction should carefully consider whether participation is appropriate for them.
If you are uncertain whether participation is appropriate because of a medical condition, seek appropriate medical guidance before attending.
Guests may speak with event staff before entering if they have questions about attraction conditions.
CHILD & MINOR POLICY
There is no universal age at which every child will find this attraction appropriate.
Parents and guardians know their children best.
OUTBREAK 1812 contains intentional scares, zombies, darkness, loud noises, theatrical blood, frightening scenes, live actors and sudden surprises.
Children age 4 and under are FREE.
However, free admission does not mean the attraction is recommended for very young children.
A parent or guardian is responsible for determining whether a child is mature and comfortable enough to participate.
Children should remain with their responsible adult throughout the attraction.
RULES OF THE INFECTION ZONE
For everyone’s safety:
DO NOT touch the actors.
Actors will not intentionally invite physical interaction with guests.
Do not intentionally touch, strike, grab, push or threaten another guest or member of the event staff.
NO RUNNING.
Stay on the designated guest trail.
Do not climb on, move or intentionally damage props, barricades, fencing, sets or decorations.
Do not enter actor hiding areas, backstage areas, woods or other areas marked closed or restricted.
Follow all instructions from Outskirts 1812 staff.
Do not bring weapons or objects reasonably perceived as weapons into the attraction.
No open flames.
No smoking or vaping on the haunted trail.
Guests who appear unable to participate safely because of intoxication or behavior may be denied entry or removed.
Service animals will be handled consistent with applicable law; guests should be aware that the attraction contains loud noises, darkness, actors and startling effects.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF INHERENT RISKS
By voluntarily entering OUTBREAK 1812, guests acknowledge that this is an outdoor nighttime haunted attraction designed to create fear, surprise and startle reactions.
Guests understand that participation involves conditions and risks associated with an outdoor wooded environment and a haunted attraction, including darkness, uneven terrain, weather, startling sounds and movements, theatrical effects and interactions with other guests.
Guests agree to follow posted rules and reasonable safety instructions from event personnel.
Guests are responsible for exercising reasonable care for their own safety and for the safety of children or minors under their supervision.
PHOTO & VIDEO NOTICE
Photography and video may be taken in public areas of the event for Outskirts 1812 promotional and social-media purposes.
If you do not wish to be intentionally photographed or featured, please notify event staff when you arrive.
Guests may be asked to refrain from photography, flash photography or recording inside portions of the haunted attraction when necessary for safety, guest experience or protection of the attraction’s effects.
EMERGENCIES & LEAVING THE TRAIL
If you become injured, ill, overwhelmed or no longer wish to continue, tell an actor or staff member immediately.
Do not leave the designated trail and attempt to find your own route through the woods.
Staff will assist you in exiting the attraction as safely as reasonably possible.
In an emergency, follow staff instructions immediately.

Gather your crew.
Report to the Barn.
Wait for darkness.
Listen for your instructions.
Then enter the forest with guide.
